In 2002, Pasali members in the Netherlands invested in a small cooperative in Cotabato, Mindanao. With a tiny sum as start capital, and some funds to train three educated youth in microcredit, the cooperative was renamed MUKRISVA – Muslim Kristian Vendors Association.

Now, it is the only remaining microcredit program in the area and cover several hundred vendors from Cotabato, Palimbang, and Gensan. They have take the initial capital and now have several hundred  pesos in circulation. The members’ dream is to see MUKRISVA become a rural bank.
